Yonah Hiller
Managing Principal
Yonah was most recently an investor at LuminArx, a multi-billion-dollar special situations fund founded by former senior Blackstone executives. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs before joining the Special Situations Private Equity team at Ares Management. Over his career, he has built a track record of partnering with companies, sponsors, and investors to develop creative financial strategies, drive operational value, and unlock strategic growth across a wide range of industries.
Udi Greenboim
Partner
Udi was most recently an investment professional at Treenile, a Tel Aviv-based single-family office, where he focused on founder liquidity and bespoke solutions for early investors in high-growth companies. Previously, he led capital markets efforts at Precision and Clarity Capital, where he raised hundreds of millions of dollars across a diverse set of opportunities. Earlier in his career, Udi was an entrepreneur, building and scaling a network of co-working spaces for e-commerce sellers before exiting his stake.
Alex Brick

Alex brings extensive experience as both an investor and operator in the retail and consumer sectors. He was formerly a Senior Advisor at SWaN & Legend Venture Partners, and previously served as an Investment Director at LTG Capital, where he led investments in consumer brands including Mint Velvet and Everyman Media Group, and held multiple board positions across the firm's portfolio. Prior to that, Alex served as Chief Executive Officer of Gordon Brothers Europe and earlier co-founded Specialty Retail Group, which grew into one of the largest menswear retailers in the U.K. before being sold to a private equity sponsor.
Ben Turin
General Counsel
Ben is responsible for legal, compliance, and structuring matters across the firm's investment activities, including transaction execution, fund formation, and governance. Prior to joining Xnihilo, Ben was an attorney in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he advised private equity sponsors and global investment managers on fund formation, structured investments, and M&A transactions, including complex cross-border deals involving billions of dollars in aggregate value.
